Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Free from damage, odors, or alterations
  • Returned in the original packaging when possible

A proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Cut fabric (including fabric sold by the yard, half yard, fat quarter, or custom cuts)
  • Custom or personalized 3D-printed products
  • Digital products or downloadable files
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. If you need an exchange, please contact us for assistance.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our mistake or the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped within a 24 hour window. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process outlined above.
