Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected for your order.
From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates or discounts.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. While we work to ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
We will review the claim and work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Custom and Cut-to-Order Items
Please note that custom-made products, personalized items, and cut fabric may require additional processing time before shipment.
